📋 Vacant Positions
1️⃣ Logistics Co-ordinator (1 Position)
Location: Chunya
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare logistics schedules
- Ensure carrier compliance with company requirements
- Resolve transportation issues using the “Cromis” system
- Coordinate allocation of market equipment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years relevant working experience
- Experience in the tobacco industry is an added advantage
Reporting: Logistics Manager
2️⃣ Shipping Officer (1 Position)
Location: Uvinza
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise market preparations
- Liaise with transporters for timely tobacco movement
- Control warehouse operations
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales clearance reports
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Materials Management, or related field
- At least 1–2 years relevant working experience
- Experience in tobacco logistics is an added advantage
Reporting: Logistics Coordinator
3️⃣ Warehouse Supervisor (16 Positions)
Locations: Chunya, Kahama, Sikonge, Urambo, Tabora & Uvinza
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies
- Verify tobacco bale weights and shipping documents
- Prepare bale receiving and stock balance reports
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration or Materials Management
- At least 1–2 years relevant experience
Reporting: Shipping Officer
4️⃣ Warehouse Foremen (40 Positions – Seasonal)
Locations: Chunya, Kahama, Sikonge, Urambo, Tabora, Mpanda, Manyoni & Uvinza
Key Responsibilities:
- Check accuracy of tobacco bale weights
- Supervise loading and offloading of trucks
- Maintain ledger books for incoming tobacco
- Supervise market centre clerks
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, Materials Management or related field
- Minimum of one (1) year logistics-related experience
